Logo work for Elysium, a luxury villa company in Barbados.

 

Playing on a quote from Greek poet Odes when speaking of Elysium - “...Where ocean breezes blow around the island of the blessed, and flowers of gold are blazing.”

​

A golden lotus flower is the main focal point, depicting both luxury and beauty and the water ripples beneath also symbolising tranquility.

​

The typeface was chosen to reflect Elysium's Greek origin, with the pattern motif at the bottom solidifying this reference.
